My story
I’ve always been driven by a passion for technology and digital transformation. I started out in technology sales and hardware implementation, which taught me how to translate complex systems into solutions people actually understand. As I shifted into document management and automation, I realized what mattered most was helping clients discover the “aha” moments, when they finally saw the real value in the tools they were already using.
As I dove deeper into Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform, I noticed a recurring pattern, organizations had invested in these platforms but rarely tapped into their full capabilities.
Why I Do This Work
I believe technology should remove friction, not add it. My goal is to help businesses move past “checking the box” implementations and actually transform how they work by applying Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform to real processes and simplifying the work that slows them down.
