I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of technology and human impact. Early in my career, I worked in technology sales and hardware implementation, translating complex systems into practical solutions that people could actually use. It was a crash course in understanding the gap between what tech can do and what people think it can do.
From there, I found my groove in document management and process automation. This is where I really saw the magic of technology—those “aha” moments when a client suddenly realizes the potential of the tools they’ve had all along. It’s like turning on the lights in a dark room.
As I dove deeper into Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform, I noticed a pattern: organizations often invest in these powerful platforms but only scratch the surface of their potential.
